I couldn't detect the coconut in it. I baked a muffin cake. Rises similar to wheat flour. I think I could have used less flour. The consistency was on point as the taste was full of flavor. As I try other recipes, I will update this review.

I played with it before the holidays and it turned out very well. I am baking traditional holiday favorites. I am happy to have found this product line. We can see a slight difference between traditional flour and other recipes. It is still a huge plus to be able to make these recipes so our daughter can enjoy them and not feel left out. You'll be sold too if you try it. There was an update 7.7.16. The rest of the dessert is added after the crust cools and is refrigerated, which is what I set out to do. The crust wouldn't solidify. I sent the recipe for the crust to Cup4Cup because they invited questions about specific recipes, and I asked for their advice. Thank you for your email and recipe. We are sorry that your experience with Cup4Cup has been less than ideal. The butter and the flour need to be kept separate in these types of crust recipes. Because of the lack ofGluten in our Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour, there is not enough binder to prevent the butter from breaking. Adding an egg to your recipes will help bind the flour and butter together so that they don't separate. We recommend that you add 2 egg yolks to the recipe and keep all the other amounts the same, then bake as directed. I told them that I had a bad experience trying to make the first layer of the bars. I was told to use the recipe on their website or add an extra egg to my existing recipe. I'm picky about customer service, but I'm very impressed with their service. Cup4Cup is having a lot of success, other than these two recipes.

Slow-rise bread was something I used to love, but it is hard to get things to rise without the aid of the wheat. If you follow the recipe, you can make bread that I would choose over wheat bread. It appears that the glue that was supposed to hold the flaps was barely there and that someone threw the box to get it out. Since it claims to be a substitute for AP flour, I decided to use a similar recipe to what I normally do with AP flour, but season it to mask any funky taste people mentioned in other reviews, and cover the dough as close to the edge as possible. I use an olive oiled cast iron skillet and cook the stove top for 3 minutes to help get a head start. I use 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup instant yeast, 1/2 cup salt and 6 ounces of very warm water to make my pizza crust, which is super thin. The pizza is microwaved for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then put in a paper towel so it doesn't get soggy. I added garlic and seasoning to make it taste better. I added 1 pad of butter and a small amount of white vinegar to the hot water because KA mentioned a couple of additional ingredients. I let the dough sit for a couple of hours so it wouldn't bubble up like AP Flour. I rolled it out with a rolling pin which I don't normally do. I pushed it further out to the edge of my skillet as I was putting it on. I made my own sauce to make sure it was free of sugar. My preferred spices and organic tomato paste. I was impressed with this pizza. It was better than the cauliflower pizza that I had, the crust was good, the seasonings did a good job masking the odd flavor of the flour, and it was much better than other reviewers said. The pizza was better than most frozen pizzas I have had, but not as good as AP Flour.

Almonds have to be blanched, dry, and then grind to a fine flour if you want to make your own Almond Flour. Almond Meal is easy to make. Almond Meal has a nuttier texture that I prefer when making bread and cookies. If you want to make cakes, pastries, sauces, etc., then Almond Flour is the way to go. It makes a lighter finished product, which is similar to traditional flours. Almond Meal has a heavier effect on you. When making cakes and most baked goods, I use Coconut Flour and Xanthum gum to help keep it stable. I usually make a mix of Almond Flour Baking mix and Coconut Flour. If called for, leave coconut flour and gum out of the recipe. You can make this recipe in a few minutes. If you want to make little Mug-Cakes, "double the Cocoa" is the way to go. 2 cups of almond flour baking mix are used for chocolate doughnuts. 1 cup of Stevia, 3 cups of Cocoa, and 1 cup of Cocoa. dark cocoa is similar to Hershey's powdered. Baking soda is 1/3 of a cup. Sea Salt is whisked above together. Add 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil. There is 1 tsps. Put 1 cup of water or nut milk in a container and place into 5 Ramekins or Mugs. Put the plate into the microwave. It should take about 3 to 5 minutes depending on the microwave's wattage. If they are not done, put them back in for 30 second intervals. They don't take very long. I like to mix up some Powdered Peanut Butter with a little nut milk and spread it on top of my icing. I would like to thank you for reading my review.
