It's perfect for use on cakes, gum paste, fondant, pastries, sugar paste, icing, isomalt, and more. The colors are made in the USA with high quality ingredients and are certified Kosher.

Brand: U.s. Cake Supply

👤I bought these colors to use on strawberries and cake pops. It took a few coats to get the look I was looking for.

👤I use Americolor or Wilton gels for coloring icing and do not yet have an airbrush, but I knew I wanted a silver metallic look for a project I was doing. I began researching. The set offered a nice selection of colors. I got it even though it's intended for airbrushing. I thought I could paint with it. I mixed a few drops of the metallic silver and red with one or two drops of high-proof alcohol and painted over royal icing as shown in the photos of my Day of the Dead cake. I applied three coats of silver and red to her lips. The red looked dull until about the third coat. I was ready to stop decorating at the point where I was satisfied. I mixed the red and blue to get a deep purple for the spider on the side, but I couldn't get the color I wanted so I added Americolor Regal Purple and it turned out the way I wanted. I'm happy with the results and I got this set. The silver color on the filigree and daisies and the red color on her lips are shown in the photos. I cannot comment on the Chefmaster gold because I already have other products I wanted to use up. I tried the Chefmaster gold on a daisy. It was pretty, but it was yellow gold. I only applied one coat because I wanted to use up what I already had and save time. The gold would have produced the same results as the silver if I'd painted the same three coats.

👤I read through the description a number of times before I bought them, but I didn't see anything about the metallics needing to be washed. I found out where the metallics have to beDiluted after having to tear it down. I assumed that there would be something in the product box to tell me if they had to be changed. There is a Otherwise, they were pretty.

👤I like the colors. They are metallics. I have a cheap airbrush that isn't very strong, which is the only problem I ran into. It won't spray the color because it's too thick. I used a paintbrush. The colors of my machine are amazing.

👤I used the gold and silver colors to paint chocolate gears, cogs and screws to look like old medals, and then used them to decorate cupcakes for my son's birthday. They were a hit at the party and turned out better than I anticipated.

👤Great product. The colors are very bright. I used a paint brush to apply them to dried fondant. I would buy this paint again since it was my first time dealing with it.

👤I don't know if I used them wrong, but I didn't care for them. I was disappointed that they didn't work well on the chocolate that they were supposed to paint, because I wanted to make a tool box cake. I understand that this is not what they were made for, so that's probably my fault. The picture was attached to the cake. The nuts and bolts on the bottom were painted with silver and beaded up, and the tools on top were just colored candy melt. It looked like an old tool, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I made sugar cookies with royal icing and tried to use silver and blue to color it. It took a lot of coloring to get a light color into the icing, but I made a small amount in my mixer. The blue I used was a baby blue and didn't have the metallic sparkle that a lot of the pictures show. The silver was almost like a pearl color and not vibrant at all. I wonder if they changed the formula or if I just got a bad one. I wanted to use them again, but I was disappointed.

2. Cake Coloring Liqua Gel Decorating Baking

Cake Coloring Liqua Gel Decorating Baking

The Liqua-Gel colors are made in the USA and are used in cake decorating. It is easy to mix and distribute colors. You can add "drops" for easy-to-repeat colors whenever you want, because the gels come in flip-top bottles. Gels are resistant to bleed and will not break down. For use with buttercreme icings, cake batter, cookie dough and more. The colors are made in the USA with high quality ingredients and are certified Kosher.

Brand: U.s. Cake Supply

👤It is very good for making macarons. The color of food coloring is not clear and oily. These are so good.

👤I have different color swatch books for Americolor, Chefmaster, and Wilton. Americolor is the best so far. It blends better into the buttercream. The Americcolor is more vibrant than the other two. I will definitely use Americolor again if I am making buttercream.

👤I bought these to replace my old colors that had hardened over time. I was excited about the drop gel color aspect and not having to use a toothpick to get the color out of my old gel pots. The color came out great, the packaging was good, and there was nothing that exploded. I used half a bottle of royal blue to match my Thomas the train cake, but I only got a periwinkle color. I made a butter cream that was difficult to blend in. When I washed my dishes, the heat of the water activated the color of the dye and made it disappear. I had been looking for a royal blue color. It's incredibly disappointing.

👤These were ordered several months ago and have been used a few times. I'm happy with the quality so far. I feel this brand is better than other brands I've used. The consistency is good. I like that there is a tan color, but it makes a lighter brown color. The colors are mostly true from what I have used. I like mixing colors and those combo have turned out well as well. I use the coloring in buttercream frosting and homemade fondant. The colors were done from this set, and the cupcake pics are from my kids birthday parties.

👤The colors are vibrant and amazing, you can play with it to make the pastels or even come up with a new color such as we did with purple in the picture, my kids really loved making the rainbow cake.

👤You can't live without gel food coloring if you do a lot of cookie and cake decorating. For the past two years, I have used Wilton. I stumbled upon US Cake Supply gel coloring while searching for a color. The colors are deep and true. The dropper top is nicer than dipping a knife tip or toothpick in your bottles to get a little color. I like this stuff a lot.

👤I have only ever used the cheap food colors from the grocery store, so this is definitely many steps up. I came upon some suggestions to use this brand of gel colorings after watching a lot of videos on how to decorate Christmas cookies. I was pleasantly surprised when I looked at them on Amazon. I received them in a couple days after ordering them. I made cookies yesterday and I can't believe I missed out. I only used 1-2 drops of each of the colors in about a cup of icing. I can't believe they are so concentrated. The colors are bright and vivid. I know these will last me a long time, but if I ever run out, this is the product I will be purchasing from now on. My husband was impressed by the quality and also the fact that these didn't leave an unpalatable aftertaste. If you purchase these, you will not be disappointed.

3. Chefmaster Liqua Gel Color 10 5 Ounce Black

Chefmaster Liqua Gel Color 10 5 Ounce Black

Chefmaster Liqua Gel colors are highly concentrated and have a wide range of bright colors. The colors are easy to mix. You can add "drops" for easy-to-repeat colors when you use Squeeze Bottles with Twist-Top Lids. Gels are freeze tolerant, fade and bleed resistant and will not break down. Whipped Toppings, Buttercreme Icings, Fondant, Cake Batter, Cookie Dough and more are included. The Chefmaster colors are made in the U.S.A. and are Kosher.

Brand: Chefmaster

👤Dark green is the new black. This black is terrible. It is not a true black. The colors are not what they should be since they've gone to plain label bottles. Even though I add more gel to my buttercream, it never becomes true black. The best I can get is a very dark charcoal-ish green color. I ordered several colors a few months back to replenish my stock that was getting low, and so far this is the second color that I'm having problems with. I hope they fix the issue.

👤This was supposed to be a cake for a friend's birthday. This seemed like a good option to achieve the requested color. I used about 4x as much as I should have used, and not wanting to dye my friends mouth's or guts permanently grey, I stopped there. I got a sort of steely-grey because the "rich black" promised in the description was never achieved. When I bought the product, I was skeptical but there was a "Free Returns" offer. Even though I was within the 30 day return window, the option to return the product was no longer available. I suppose it is circumstantial, but I'm not sure what's going on. If you're looking for true black and want to turn your guts green for 3 days, a food dye isn't a good choice. 12 bucks was wasted.

👤It is a fun color. A blackish tint requires a lot of work. If not concentrated enough, comes out green. That's what it said. The green variations are loud. The snow looked like it had been sprayed with a substance. There are so many food decoration ideas. Do recommend. Can't wait for the patties.

👤This is a good quality food gel. A small amount goes a long way. I used it to stamp on cupcakes. The picture shows how well the food gel left an image on the cupcake.

👤The screw on tip shot off as I opened my black. I can't get the tip back on the bottle, it's a waste of money and product.

👤I only used the Wilton brand before buying this brand, so I was cautious. I made red and black royal icing for cookies and it was the best I have ever made. The quality makes this a good buy.

👤I ruined my chocolate. My color was black. I added a little black coloring to make the black look deeper and less purple. This happened.

👤I've ever bought a black coloring. This stuff is very intense. Icing or ice cream has no gray colour. You don't need a lot. I probably used more than I needed to. I will only buy this brand for black food coloring in the future.

👤I used this for black Licorice and it was great for colour and this might be uncalled for, but your stool will show you how much colour is involved. The bottle is large. This bottle will last a long time.

👤It's great. I've never used a food coloring like this before. It's much better than Americolor. Great price too.

4. Wilton Icing Colors 12 Count Gel Based

Wilton Icing Colors 12 Count Gel Based

It's good for weddings, birthdays, housewarmings, anniversary and more. Bring your dessert with you. They can be used for all kinds of cake, including birthday cake, coffee, and other decorative items. Their gel food coloring set can be used to tint cake batter, royal icing or buttercream. The consistency of your cake mix, cookie icing, and fondant won't be affected by the colors you use. It's a great addition to your cookie decorating supplies. Pink, royal blue, black, golden yellow, lemon yellow, brown are popular colors. Specialty colors are in the size of 0.25 ounces. A set of 12 to 1/2 ounce icing colors. There is a spectrum of primary colors.

Brand: Wilton

👤I bought this set of icing colors to make Christmas Cookies. I needed an excuse, but I just wanted to eat them myself. The chart on the side shows that the box contains 12 "bold" colors, which is a good value for the money. I only used five of the colors, "No Taste" Red, Royal Blue, Kelly Green, Brown, and Black." It is advertised as "No taste" red, but I am not sure why. It is possible that the other colors delivered the results advertised. I thought I would be able to decorate my Christmas Trees with just these five colors. I have had issues with using the liquid and the gel food colors in the grocery store in the past, in that they don't get the colors bold enough. Santa is wearing a pink and grey suit. The Black shined and achieved the color on the box, but they weren't much better. Green and Red came close, but needed almost the entire amount supplied in order to get a couple shades lighter than what is on the box. When the icing dries, they will not match the box. The Brown required the entire supply to produce enough brown for a dozen tree trunks. The funniest part is reading the instructions on the side of the box, which states, "For black or brown icing, start with chocolate icing to minimize the amount of color needed." Hello? I don't think I need to add food coloring to chocolate icing. I can only imagine how bad the Black would have looked if I had taken that approach. The biggest issue with this product is how the colors are applied to your icing. I am used to eyedropper style packages that allow you to add a small amount at a time. The instructions always say to add color a little at a time. I was surprised that the colors are delivered in small pots, like in a painting set. Each pot is sealed with a safety seal similar to a bottle of aspirin, but without a tab or a way to remove it. You end up splattering the color all over everything if you punch through with a toothpick. When you peel the seal off, you do it again. The product shines at staining your fingers. The instructions suggest dipping a toothpick into the color and then transferring that to the icing. After using about a dozen toothpicks to make Santa Red, I ended up tipping the container upside down and using a toothpick to make the color. The gel isn't easy to flow in. I used up my entire supply of Red and Black to make a dozen or so cookies. It's called TL;DR. I wouldn't buy this product again. I didn't get the colors I was hoping to achieve because it was too difficult to use.

👤I wrote a good review for this item, but after a lot of bad experiences I have to change it. I received missing and duplicate colors in a sealed box of food coloring. I was halfway through a recipe and needed to add food color. If you open the box immediately, you'll see if all the colors are there. Quality control should be higher for the price that they charge.

5. AmazonBasics Portable Foldable Photo Studio

AmazonBasics Portable Foldable Photo Studio

Collapses into a thin, portable, and durable portfolio case with no assembly required. The product measures 25'' x 30'' x 25'' and includes a power supply, user manual, and a bright-white backdrop. High output built-in lights for handheld photography. The lights are positioned for optimum contrast and provide 5600k daylight balanced LEDs. An extra light gives better highlights, contrast, and shape to product images. A front 3-door system maximizes image angles while reducing outside reflections. Shoot, edit, and directly upload catalog images to Amazon are compatible with the Amazon Seller app.

Brand: Amazon Basics

👤Clean background in your product images is the whole point. The hard crease in the background is terrible. One more step in the process is necessary. The solution would be to package the backdrop in a rolled tube and install it after un-boxing the product. The one time install step is more convenient than the edit steps.

👤I love it! I run a rescue and have been looking for a camera to take pictures of cats and kittens. The animal would be contained while I take pictures. The cats and kittens look great. I added a white shag rug. We use the hole at the top to distract them. The three windows are the only things I would change. I would have liked to have secured them better. I understand that this is used more for objects that are still in motion. It's fun and I love it.

👤The look and feel of the package was excellent. My first impressions were very good. For a few reasons, I am dropping my rating from 5 to 4 stars. 1. There is no switch to turn off the lights; the light box must be unplugged or collapsed to turn off the lighting. If your outlet is accessible, it's not a huge deal, but flipping a switch is still less convenient. 2. There are lights in the center and left. It isn't perfectly even because of the slight shadow cast. 3. The white backdrop has a crease in it. It can be edited out, very easily, depending on the app or software you use. The light box can be set up on a table, but the electric cord is not long enough to plug in a wall outlet at the standard height. It is very convenient to position your camera at different heights because of the three flaps in the front that are held open or shut with magnets. The opening at the top is good, but it would be better if there was a magnet to hold that flap open. I'm very happy with this purchase. It's portable and easy to store. I kept the item for home use and light business use.

👤You have to use the portable studio correctly. People are not following directions when they complain about the crease in the backdrop. Manual setup of ISO and shutter speed are recommended for your camera profile. That is listed on the website but not in the instructions booklet. This gives the best amount of light to white out the background and expose the subject. The example pics show a muddy off-white/grey background and a shadow of the backdrop fold because people are shooting with an automatic camera profile. I agree with all of the pros of this photo studio, but I think there are some drawbacks. I think the LEDs offer adequate illumination, but would love the ability to buy additional strips to attach separately, opaque sides, and for the price, throw in a cheap reflector to help bounce some of the light around inside. It's simple and convenient, especially if it's portable.

6. Signature Brands Crocker Decorating 67Oz Green

Signature Brands Crocker Decorating 67Oz Green

The item package length is 0.7. The package width is 2.0 The package height is 5.0 The model number is BC740-05.

Brand: Betty Crocker

👤It's great for small jobs. The tubes are on the small side. I bought 4. To decorate the cake and to have the grand baby enjoy it. I think that's correct.

👤This was the easiest brand to use for cookie decorating. It looks transparent.

7. Food Coloring AmeriColor Bright White

Food Coloring AmeriColor Bright White

There is one bottle of Bright White Soft Gel Paste. Each color is made to meet your decorating needs. Use Bright White to color royal icing, buttercream, fondant, cake batter, cookie dough, and more. The coloring strength is superior to any other food color. The squeeze bottle is kosher and made in the U.S.A.

Brand: Americolor

👤Very small. The net read the fluid ounces. I do a lot of baking so it's a little pricey.

👤I am really disappointed that I didn't give it a try and see what happened. I bought two items, one white and one teal. I'm not sure if I've been fooled or not, but the buttercream for the cupcake I use didn't turn out white and I use the whole bottle of color white, not until later when I realized it didn't. I was behind on my schedule and didn't have time to do it. I don't think buying a small bottle is worth it, and considering the outcome, it was quite disappointing. I might use a bigger and more expensive bottle in the future if I give it a second chance.

👤The gel color worked well with snowmen since it had a slight color to it. It took several drops for each batches of icing so I would suggest ordering the larger size. I ordered the smaller bottle first to make sure it worked well before I spent more money.

👤I wanted this color for my candy apples. I have used white food color before and it did not break apart like this one. As soon as it hit the water it broke apart. It looked like spoiled milk. The apple looked intentional once it was done.

👤I wish I hadn't bought this color. I was hoping that I could get a more white color for my buttercream, but it didn't work out. I had read that it would work. The other colors I bought were all perfect. It would probably take more than a bottle of color to make a difference.

👤I was making a mirror glazed cake and wanted to color it white. I added the color to the glaze. I used half the bottle and only got a glaze with white specks of flakes. I tried to remove them by putting the glaze through a strainer. I had to use a gel coloring to save the glaze. I wouldn't recommend this product.

👤This didn't work for me. I used the white in the candy apple mixture so that the color wouldn't be translucent. The other gel color did fine the mixture, but it beaded up and wouldn't mix into the sugar mixture. I had to use the entire bottle because I had little white beads of color throughout the mixture. I don't know if it was new or old. I wouldn't buy this again.

👤I've tried a lot of different brands of food coloring. Food colorings are used for baking. The product works well for me. My macaroons came out great because the colors stayed during baking. Many food colorings don't keep colors during baking, but this one seems to work well. I would recommend this one for baking.

👤This is a waste of money. Don't buy it! I had good hopes for this one to work on white chocolate, but I have used half of the bottle to 100 g of chocolate and nothing has happened.

8. Wilton Leaf Green Icing Color

Wilton Leaf Green Icing Color

20 to 25 drops is the food color. Green icing color formula won't water cake batter or icing. The facility processes peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, milk, soy and wheat products.

Brand: Wilton

👤The coloring was easy to do. I didn't like the shade leaf green. It was too bright. I mixed it with moss green for a more natural look. The leaves on my cake are green in color. I painted the veins on the leaves with a bit of extract and mixed the moss green with it. If I were to make a cake with leaves, I would use moss green.

👤It's hard to open the seal and it will stain everything in it's path so use with caution.

👤It was used to color buttercream frosting. I used half the bottle to color the frosting. The foil tops had to be cut open. It is very difficult to get the gel out. It is easy to stain hands and other surfaces so it is a good idea to use gloves and cover the counter.

👤Use a lot to get bright green. I used toothpicks to turn the Betty CrockerVanilla Rich & creamy frosting into a green frosting and it was a hit.

👤Who knows what is in this? How wonderful! Highly recommended.

👤This is a nice green that doesn't have a weird flavor.

👤I couldn't use the product for my son's birthday cake icing because it took so long to ship. They charge shipping to return it, so no point in doing that. It was a waste of money.

👤It was nice to work on fondant, but I had to use a lot of black. I want to waste my money here.

👤Excellent food coloring. Use it all the time. Excellent service for my order.

👤It was nice and arrived in time for St. Patrick's Day.

9. Wilton 609 1192 Writer Edible Markers

Wilton 609 1192 Writer Edible Markers

Use all colors for a rainbow theme or mix and match to coordinate with any party. Black Food writer ink markers. It's perfect for drawing or writing royal icing. Markers are a fun way to add designs and messages. There are two black ink markers. It's great for kid-friendly projects.

Brand: Wilton

👤I think the tips were dry. Couldn't write on paper with the marker. It took 888-349-8884 I was able to write with the side of the tip. I made some treats for my son's birthday, but they don't look good.

👤Didn't have a strong taste and smudged easily.

👤I was surprised by the amount of money I spent on two packs.

👤I bought these to write on candy. Great idea, right? They wouldn't work on the chocolate. I think the candy was made of wax. Who knows? They were thrown away.

👤It's a thick end. It will stain your fingers. It can write on icing, but it can't be soft or wet. It's what you would expect.

👤I wanted to make cookie decorations. You don't like it. It doesn't stain. It's delicious. My husband and I had fun decorating our sugared cookies.

👤Didn't work. I made one letter in completely hardened dry fondant, and then wouldn't write anymore. The same thing happened when I switched to the other marker. The tips were wet and nothing helped. They went straight to the trash. It's a pity.

👤It's great for adding faces and details to cookies. I don't have the experience to help me with my decorating.

👤This was my first time covering a cake in fondant and it was a brave project for me. I was able to cover the cake. The pens were great and wrote better than I had ever expected. They were still going strong even after I had finished the cake. I couldn't recommend them enough. You couldn't taste the ink when eating the cake.

👤These were perfect for what I wanted. It took a while to arrive, but it arrived in time for my needs.

👤Lleg un rpido y un perfectas condiciones, fcil de usar.

👤The markers I got were wet. The head was thick and not up to my standards.

10. Wilton Icing Colors 8 Count

Wilton Icing Colors 8 Count

Made with simple ingredients, they are CertifiedGluten free, Grain free, Corn free, Paleo Friendly, Plant based. The consistency of your cake batter or icing won't be changed by the formula. There are leaf green, lemon yellow, christmas red, sky blue, brown, orange, pink and violet. There are eight ounces. There are 28.3 g of jars. Milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish are all processed on equipment that is certified Kosher.

Brand: Wilton

👤I needed royal blue icing for a cake I was making, so when I clicked on the product, I immediately bought it. Come to find out that is not the picture you are looking at. You get a different box of colors with the set. I should have read the description to make sure I was getting what I needed, but why would the first picture on the product be incorrect? They need to remove the photos that depict different colors.

👤I wanted something affordable for coloring home made frosting and cakes. I decided to buy this after careful consideration because I was worried about getting repeating colors. Everything worked well and the cakes were perfect. The red doesn't have a lot of color. I had to add a lot of gel dye to get it to red in the picture and you could taste the color. Everything else is great.

👤The food coloring is intense. Why is the meh rating so low? I had to use a sharp knife point to get the foil off the suckers, there was no edge to grab, so I had to open the foil lid. Guess what? You end up with food coloring all over your fingers, and it's hard to get it off. The product is great if the packaging is designed by someone who doesn't use it.

👤I was very excited about this set. I needed a variety of gel colors at a low cost because I make all of our sensory and play stuff at home with a toddler all day. I knew I might have an issue with the red, because of all the other reviews. It's supposed to be Christmas red, so you would expect a deeper shade. I only got the bright pink color after using half of the container on just one cup of pasta. The other colors that I've tried are yellow, blue and green. The blue and green are not as bright as you might think.

👤The classic pots stink because they came out with the Wilton Color Perfect kit. It took 30 minutes for each color to be created. It is not that much more expensive in retrospect if you just spring for the color perfect system. The Color did not taste bad, but neither does it. You end up using 3 times as much to get vivid colors with the pots as you do with buttercream frosting. Maybe these are for royal icing. Don't expect these to color your buttercream with an efficiency.

👤I received an 8-pack of color gels a couple of days ago. I decided to open the package even though I didn't need them yet. The box they came in was in perfect shape. I removed the tops of the individual jars and saw no open or damaged seals. The jars were perfectly sealed and the tops were a tiny bit loose, but I realized if the lids had been tightened the pressure could have cracked. I didn't want to break the seals since I wasn't going to use them yet. I will make another review if there is anything wrong when I open them. At this point, they are all perfect. I plan on opening them before my window closes.

11. Watkins Vanilla Flavor Extract Packaging

Watkins Vanilla Flavor Extract Packaging

Any recipe that needs to be pure white can be baked with a premium baking staple. It does not bake or freeze out. Corn Syrup is Kosher.

Brand: Watkins

👤I thought I would save a few bucks by trying a imitation of pure vanilla extract. It would be a safe choice because this one was so highly rated. Huge mistake. Don't use this project if you're used to pure vanilla. It has a strong taste that is noticeable in cookies where I only used 1/2tsp.

👤After opening the bottle, a powerful chemical/ anti-freeze aroma lifted into the air and into my nose. I put a few drops on my finger to make sure I wasn't imagining anything. I was not imagining the horror. My husband has a limited sense of smell and taste. He was able to smell and taste the foul liquid. I apologized to any aquatic wildlife that may encounter it when I dumped it down the drain. I feel like a genius, having ordered this without checking to make sure it was natural, instead of man-made garbage. It's impossible to believe that these 4/5 star reviewers are drinking this hell juice. Order at your own risk.

👤I think Amazon never tasted actual Vanilla Extract. It doesn't taste good. The description is misleading because I have a specific need for it. This is not an extract or a sugar based flavor.

👤We have been buying this product from Walmart for years. It was out of stock at the supermarket and so I went to check it out on Amazon. I was happy that I checked here. I was always buying a bigger bottle for the same price as a small bottle. The product is free of corn syrup and has a pure fragrance that works great for baking and even in smoothies.

👤I knew that some customers hated the smell when I read the reviews. I decided to take a chance because others loved it. If you're in the same situation, learn from my mistake. This stuff is not nice. It made my cookie frosting taste better. The rest of the bottle was poured down the drain. Even though it costs an arm and a leg, I'll go back to natural vanilla extract. The savings are not worth much.

👤The fact that this bottle of Watkins vanilla is clear bothered someone who asked about it being a color. It was power of suggestion for me as well, when I read their concern. I bought it because a verified purchaser assured me that the clear was just as good as the Watkins brown vanilla. I was happy I did. I get a large bottle of Watkins, which is the best, because I use a lot of vanilla. This was a big deal. It's better than cheaper brands. Don't worry about the colorless. It's not possible to get this much flavor for such a low price. You'll like it if you try it.

👤I opened the package and there was no lid on the product. It wasn't hard to miss that it wasn't included since it was just that and some hot chocolate and an air bag. I'm not sure how someone can pack a bottle with no lid and not be able to close it when they use it. I saw a wet spot on the box when I turned the flavoring upside down, and since I won't use something that I don't know what was done to it, I have to throw it out. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the seal or if it's a hole. Since there was no lid, you have to wonder if someone did something to it. They still shipped it to me. I had to call to get another one. Customer service sent out another one and they decided to hold up another order of mine and ship them both. I sat here waiting for nothing to happen. When I called on Sunday, I was told that it was held up in transit and that I had no answer for why they were shipped together. I wanted to know why I had to have an item replaced every time. I didn't get a response. So called on Monday. I got a rude rep who kept asking if I was calling about the vanilla even after I told her why I was calling. Since they shoved them together, I'm calling about 2 items. She called logistics after getting annoyed with me. I want to speak to a manager because I don't know when it's going to happen. She didn't want to have to tell me or get a manager because she didn't want to ask them about the lost package. I had to go through it all over again after calling back. I got a new bottle with an actual lid after a manager apologized and sent me one. She gave me a $10 credit and gave me a refund because the tips were not in stock until the 20th, and she said she found a set for 11.93. I got off the phone and followed her link and didn't get any of the tips I wanted. I spent $12 on 2 tips, but they were advertised at $3 for 3, even though I couldn't find them anywhere. We will see if I get my other 2 tips by friday since the whole order was a mess.
